This marking can seem somewhat contradictory to those outside the organization. Unclassified information should only be used for official purposes, and not be released without authorization nor published online.
The first part, ‘NATO,’ refers to the ownership, while ‘UNCLASSIFIED’ is the level of security marking. Material marked NATO UNCLASSIFIED is managed and owned by NATO.
In the case of Publicly Disclosed material, this is stamped on the left hand side of the document. Non-Classified documents are either unmarked, or marked as Public, Non-Classified, or Releasable for internet transmission. There are three possible classification categories, Non-Classified, Unclassified and Classified. Therefore, classified information is protected through a series of security procedures based on its markings. Having trouble with this one, I've seen the page multiple times but can't get the achievement to unlock. I tried with RASnes and it triggered this time. without a save file supported by rasnes i cant do much to help :( The achievement is supposed to trigger when a book turn the page to the cute one. If you used the RASnes i would have asked you to send me a save file to take a look but for recalbox i cant do much I try for more than 30 minutes, moving from one room to the other look around for a few other books.Īlready did. I am using Recalbox 4.0.1 (core Snes9x-Next of RetroArch). I saw many times the secret page (the one with the heart) in two different rooms of the Ice Palace but it does not unlock this achievement. Since this is luck based, for the least frustration (as I did) one might defeat the boss first and later use an old save to get to that room with the book. Missable achievement, as after defeating the boss in the Ice Palace all enemies are gone. If it happen to trigger while the book you are looking at has some other image that mean there is another book nearby that used the cute page. it is supposed to trigger when a book open that page. I can't get this achievement, the Mystick Book in Ice Palace showed that cute picture 5 times but i can't win.
